We have successfully received the funding (HK$8,947,836) for teaching and learning from UGC. This UGC-funded research will help us to build a centralized hub that promotes and specializes in the development, assessment and evidence of holistic competencies, ensuring that these competencies are incorporated into the higher education curriculum including in-class, out-of-class and extracurricular platforms. Through collaborations between UGC institutions in Hong Kong and universities across Asia and Europe, we will ultimately be pushing for significant changes in education and culture by driving a shift to balance academic knowledge and holistic competencies. The collaborating institutions in Hong Kong includes Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Hong Kong Baptist University, Chinese University of Hong Kong, Lingnan University and The Education University of Hong Kong.
