Dr. Cecilia Chan was invited as a keynote speaker at the 5th International Conference on Higher Education Advances (HEAd’19) held in Valencia (Spain) from 25th June to 28th June 2019. She gave an interactive presentation on the topic “Assessing 21st century skills using 20th century approaches? – Time for a change room” which highly engaged the audiences and received very positive feedback. The conference has created an excellent forum for researchers and practitioners to exchange ideas, experiences, opinions and research results relating to the preparation of students, teaching/learning methodologies and the organization of educational systems.
