Dr. Cecilia Chan was invited as a plenary speaker at the International Conference on Engineering Education – Philippines 2019 (ICEE-Phil 2019) with the theme “Re-engineering Engineering Education: Shifting Gears, Powering Up and Leading the Way”. She felt honored to be part of the event which has been fun, rewarding and simply brilliant! It was an enriching conference and the organisation spared no hospitality. Special thanks to the Second Vice President Jonathan Dungca (also founding member of AsiaSEE), First Vice President Evelyn Q. Raguindin, President Dany C. Molina, and also Chester who helped organised her stay. Dr. Chan is looking forward to collaborate more with the members from the Philippine Association of Engineering Schools (PAES) in the future and will definitely be back to the beautiful Iloilo City.
