On 6 October 2023, Prof. Cecilia Chan was invited as one of the panellists of the panel discussion for the seminar, “The Oxford Character Project: Educating citizen-leaders for a digital age” organized by HKU CEDARS and the University of Oxford. 🎙️
The seminar by Dr. Edward Brooks, the Executive Director of the Oxford Character Project, aimed to stimulate discussion on what higher education is needed to equip us as citizen leaders.
